My name is Kim Gayler and I am passionate about my work as a professional childminder.
I am proud of my setting at my home in Wingrave, where I live with my 2 children, my husband Steve and our pets, 2 gerbils and a goldfish.
thrive on the wonderful rewards that childminding brings each day. I look after children from Wingrave, Aston Abbots, Crafton and the surrounding villages in Buckinghamshire.
I provide high quality childcare within the home, based on The Early Years Foundation Stage Principles. My aim is to give children the best possible start to a child’s education by providing a playful setting.
From messy play to dressing up and I provide a warm, friendly and safe environment for children in my care. I promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle and make the most of the open spaces living in the countryside offers.
I set clear boundaries to offer children a good start in life by keeping their behaviour well adjusted. I don’t shout or use negative comments and use praise to model behaviour. I like to keep my days full, busy and entertaining with organised planned activities.
